Welcome to vAdventures!
The science, physiology and excitement of adventure can be found here.
You have found the home of vAdventures. On this site, you will have the opportunity to climb mountains and volcanoes, visit foreign cultures and scuba dive without ever leaving your computer.

The vAdventures website has been designed for the purpose of taking students on expeditions while teaching the science and physiology of adventure. The vAdventures team is a select group of athletes, scientists and educators interested in taking the Internet to the limits of the wilderness and delivering that wilderness to the classroom; whether the class room is in a schoolhouse, a business or on a home PC.

On each adventure, the team will have Internet access through a clever satellite link. This link will allow the members to share photos and field reports from a foreign country, high atop a mountain, or middle of the ocean.

  King of the Mountain
Julius Minja, the man who took vAdventures to the summit of Kilimanjaro, arrived in the US on October 2, 2000. The team took Julius to Mt Rainier for his first International climb
